I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has served a diverse group of adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I specialize in mental wellness and substance use issues and enjoy working with teens, college students, and adults. I have a broad range of experiences, skills, and training to assist you with reaching your goals and living the life you want.

I believe that all recovery begins with hope and every individual is capable of life-changing growth. My therapeutic style is warm, empowering and genuine. I enjoy bringing creative and experiential approaches to the counseling environment, which I uniquely tailor to each person I serve.
